Casinova

Privacy Policy

This page explains what information this independent review site collects when you read it, why we collect it and what we do with it. We are a review publisher. We are not Casinova and we do not run any casino account, so we never see your login, your balance or your play history.

What we collect

We keep data collection small. When you open a page, our server logs record your IP address, the browser and device type, the page you asked for, the time and the page that sent you here. These logs help us spot broken pages, bot traffic and attacks.

We do not ask you to register, we do not run a comment system and we do not sell subscriptions, so we hold no name, email address or password for readers. If you write to us by email, we keep the message and our reply for as long as is needed to deal with it.

Cookies and measurement

The site uses a small number of cookies. Some are strictly needed to make pages load and to remember a choice such as a closed notice. Others come from basic analytics that tell us which sections are read, how long visitors stay and whether the mobile layout causes people to leave.

Analytics figures are used in aggregate. We do not build profiles of named people and we do not combine reading data with anything that identifies you. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the pages will still open, although some convenience features may stop working.

Links to the operator

Buttons on this site lead to the Casinova website. When you click one, a tracking parameter may be attached so the operator can tell the visit came from us. From that moment you are on a different website with its own privacy notice, cookies and terms, and we have no control over what it collects.

Read the operator's privacy notice before you register. The sign-up form shown on the brand site asks you to confirm you are 18 and to accept its terms and privacy notice, and that agreement is between you and the operator, not us.

How long we keep data

Server logs are kept for a limited period, normally a few weeks, and are then deleted or reduced to anonymous totals. Analytics records are kept in aggregated form. Emails are deleted once the matter is closed unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Sharing with service providers

We use hosting and analytics providers who process data on our behalf and only for the purposes described here. We do not sell reader data, rent it out or trade it. We may disclose information if a court, regulator or police authority legally requires it.

Your choices and contact

You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Send the request to the contact address shown in the site footer and tell us which page or email it relates to, so we can find the record quickly.

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, tell us and we will remove it. We may update this policy when our practices change, and the revised version will carry a new date.
